Incheon Airport pickup and where to meet.
How to meet the driver in the Airport
There are 6 gates ( A~ F ) in the Incheon airport. ( Terminal #1 of Incheon airport )
Your arrival gate is will be declare by airport authority on your arrival date.
(So, we can know your arrival gate # on your arrival date. )
Please follow the airport procedures, immigration, baggage claim, and custom clearance.
After you passed out the baggage claim and then please follow below instruction.

Pickup location :
If your arrival gate is
one of gate A, B, C ⇒ Move to Gate A ⇒ Find #1 door inside
( do not go out of #1 door, stay inside, #1 entrance door is across the Gate A )
Pickup location :
If your arrival gate is
One of gate, D,E,F ⇒ Move to Gate F ⇒ Find #14 door inside
( do not go out of #14 door, stay inside, #1 entrance door is across the Gate F )
We will pick you up at above specified location by holding your name picket.
Pick up time ( in this place ) : Actual flight landing time + 60 minutes
We will pick you up at above specified location by holding your name picket
( for example, if your flight landing at 1pm, the location pick up time is 2:00pm )
– you may take at least 40~60 min after your flight landing and you come to get this location .
So, you have to move everybody with bags to this place after you exit from your arrival gate.
Driver will holding your name picket in order to do easy pick up.
Picket name : “ Your requested picket name“
For those who are going to buy SIM ( mobile phone ) card in the airport .
There are 2 different scenarios of pickup time.
1. If you buy mobile SIM card in the airport, then pickup time will be “ Actual landing time + 90 min later ( 1 hr 30 min ) ”
2. If you don’t buy mobile SIM card in the airport, the pickup time will be“ Actual landing time + 60 min later ( 1 hr ) ”
You have to notice us if you are going to buy SIM card.
Pickup time will adjust 90 min later according to above operational scenario. IF you don’t notice us in advance, there will be $20 charge for over 60 miniutes, IF you notice us, then we can aware it in advance, so NO extra charge to postpone 90 minutes after arrival of flight.
Why #1 door or #14 inside ?
1. It is the location where you can easily access the car parking location and it is the less complex area.
2. Easy walk to access the car in the parking lot.
3. Airport is big and wide. this is less complex location usually. So it is easy to find the name picket and driver meet.
4. If you come to the pickup location earlier, you can enjoy to take short break in the airport, then come to the indicated location on time. Driver will wait there by holding name picket.
5. If you delay to come to the pickup location , no worries, driver will wait until you to come to the pick up location.
Waiting time at the airport ?
1. FREE for up to 1 hour 30 minutes ( 90 minutes – SIM card buyer with advance notice to us ) after your flight actual arrival time is the maximum time as for FREE pickup time.
2. If you taking more time(over 90 min), then there will be $20 for long waiting charge, because we have to pay airport parking fee additionally.
( Usually, airport processing time will not over 90 minutes in the Incheon airport.
Incheon airport processing time is fast, not takes long if you don’t have any negative reason about your entrance to Korea for passing the immigration procedure.
It won’t take more than 90 minutes normally !!!! If you take more than 90 min, then it is quite abnormal by some other reasons. )
3. You have to text or to call the driver IF you takes more 90 minutes before meet the driver in the airport.
4. Best approach is – call or text to driver AFTER you clear the baggage claim done and airport custom clearance done.
Then, you can almost synchronize the time to pickup at the designated pickup location as defined. This is the best way to save the time to meet the driver.
